Hi, I’m Vikram. I work at the intersection of energy systems, emerging technology and venture building, helping turn ambitious ideas into commercially viable businesses.I believe in building an economy that is regenerative (designed to restore living systems) and increasingly decentralised, distributing value and decision-making more fairly and giving people greater agency in their lives.Over the past 15+ years, I have led strategy, investment appraisal, commercial partnerships and innovation across renewable energy, infrastructure and digital platforms. After more than a decade at Shell, I founded V38, a ventures and advisory platform supporting startups, corporates and investors through business-model design, open innovation and commercial strategy, with a focus on regenerative and decentralised systems.My leadership style is empathic and coaching-led. I enjoy helping people and teams grow - whether advising founders, developing leaders, teaching students or building communities.I also co-founded and teach Bounce Bhangra with my brother, Mrinal. You may have seen us on the BBC, at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee or performing on a Formula 1 track!I draw inspiration from nature, spirituality and learning from cultures around the world.
